
Sticky Jerk BBQ Chicken Wings

Crispy, sticky, and packed with sweet island flavor. These wings are the perfect crowd-pleaser, glazed in Danfo’s Mild Jerk BBQ Sauce and finished with a pop of fresh scallion. Whether it’s game night or grill day, this dish delivers bold flavor without the burn.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed
1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup Danfo Mild Jerk BBQ Sauce
1 tsp honey (optional, for extra stickiness)
2 tbsp sliced scallions, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Pat wings dry. Toss with baking powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange wings on the rack and bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
In a small saucepan over low heat, warm Danfo Mild Jerk BBQ Sauce with honey (if using).
Toss baked wings in the warm sauce until fully coated.
Plate and garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.
